I just have to say I am so excited about the inauguration tomorrow. I've been counting down the days and hours until Bush is no longer in office. I really hope that Obama lives up to his promises, that he can bring about true change, that this is really the beginning of something great.
I am so proud that during my lifetime I have seen another color barrier broken. May Obama open the door for all future leaders, elected on their merits, regardless of race, gender, sexual preference, religion, or any of the other ways we humans try to separate ourselves from one another.
